- Evaluating the need for durable powers of attorney and advanced medical directives;
- utilization of trusts to manage finances;
- when to turn to professionals for financial management assistance;
- tax implications of long term care;
- making the best investment and insurance decisions, and
- government assistance programs (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, etc.)
